This page describes the purposes for which we process your personal data on our website, together with a description of the legal bases that make this processing lawful. Remember that personal data means any information that can be referred to you.
1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS
a) Navigation data and website use analysis. When you browse this website we collect certain information about the devices you use and how you use the website. The data is acquired mainly through the use of technical and analytical cookies. For further information on the cookies used, please refer to the Cookie Policy.
b) Data provided voluntarily by the user. When using the website functionalities and/or through the contact channels, it is possible that users may communicate personal data to us.
3. FOR WHICH PURPOSES WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS?
(a) Computer systems operation and security. We use systems that allow us to better manage our site and its security, from which the acquisition of personal data such as the user’s IP address or information on the devices used may result. This data is processed because of the legitimate interest of the owner in maintaining the security of the website and its functionality.
b) Information and contacts. Through the contact channels on the website you can communicate with us and ask us for information. The data collected, such as personal data, contact details and the content of communications will be used exclusively to respond to the requests received. The condition that makes the processing lawful is the performance of the contract to which you are a party or of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
c) Free trial activation. Through the appropriate form, you can request a free one-month demo of the AIXP platform. The condition for lawful processing is the performance of the contract to which you are party or of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
d) Newsletter. You can register for our newsletter on the site to receive periodic communications and promotions about our products and activities. You can object to receiving these communications and unsubscribe at any time. Your data (e-mail address) will only be processed with your consent, which can be revoked at any time.
4. NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA
The provision of the information requested for the purposes under points 3.a, 3.b and 3.c is necessary. Failure to provide the information would prevent Aixp S.r.l. to handle your requests, to activate your free trial and would not allow you to navigate on our site.
The provision of the information requested for the purpose referred to in paragraph 3.d is optional. You can object to the processing at any time by unsubscribing from the mailing list.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP THE DATA
Personal data provided voluntarily by the user will be kept for the time necessary to process and
respond to the requests received. Personal data provided to take advantage of the free demo will be kept for the duration of the free demo (1 month), unless we need to continue processing this data at the User’s request.
Contact data relating to newsletters will be retained in internal lists until consent is revoked by the person concerned.

6. METHODS OF PROCESSING AND RECIPIENTS
Personal data will be processed by the staff in charge, duly instructed and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Some of the information may be communicated, solely for the purposes specified above, to the subjects indicated below:
– Companies providing assistance and maintenance of IT systems or suppliers of IT storage systems
– Other subjects or companies that carry out activities instrumental to the purposes indicated above on behalf of the Controller

provided upon request.
7. RIGHTS PROVIDED BY LAW
The European Data Protection Act (“GDPR”) provides for a number of rights that you can exercise to have control over your data. To exercise your rights you can write to privacy@aixp.io
We are obliged to reply to you within 30 days of receiving your request, and we will try to be as quick as possible!
Right of access:you have the right to obtain information about the processing of personal data concerning you and to obtain access to and copies of such data, including through commonly used electronic means. We undertake to provide you with a record of the data that we hold about you, such as your personal details, contact details, or requests that we have received via contact form or email..
Right to rectification:you have the right to obtain the updating, integration or rectification of your data. If you believe that your data is incorrect or out of date in any way, please contact us – we will do our best to resolve the issue..
Right to portability: if you wish, you may request the portability of your data processed on the basis of the performance
of the contract or on the basis of your consent.
Right to erasure:if you have an interest, you have the right to request the erasure of your data. We keep you in control of your data. In some cases you can ask us for direct deletion, and it will be our care to proceed as quickly as possible. Please be aware, however, that not all data can be deleted on request, because they may be needed to fulfil legal obligations or because they are still in use. .
Right of restriction and objection: You have the right to request the restriction of processing or to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning you, including for marketing purposes. When you request the restriction of processing, we are obliged to suspend any further processing of your data for a fixed period of time. When you decide to object to processing, you can unilaterally decide to opt out of certain processing of your data, e.g. to deactivate analysis cookies..
If you believe that one or more of the processing activities performed by us may be in breach of the law, or you believe that your rights have not been protected, you can lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of the place where you usually reside, work or where the alleged breach occurred. In Italy, it is possible to address the Garante Privacy Authority.
